What is an Access Key?
An Access Key grants a user permission to use a specific app in your workspace. Each key defines what the user can do (view, edit, admin, etc.) and is billed per user, per app. Think of it like a "seat" but for each individual app.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change Access Key types or app tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens when I add or remove users?
Adding users results in prorated charges for the remainder of the billing cycle. When removing users, they maintain access until the end of the current billing period, and you can fill vacant keys with new users at no extra cost.
Are Client and Guest keys really free?
Yes! Client and Guest Access Keys are free when your workspace has at least one paid Access Key. This allows you to invite unlimited clients and viewers without additional cost.
How does app tier pricing work?
App tiers (Free, Plus, Pro, Enterprise) are priced per app, not per user. When you upgrade an app to Pro, for example, everyone with an Access Key for that app gets Pro features.
